I cannot thank all of you enough for all the help and support we have received during our purchase of this townhouse in Prairie Trails.

Starting with Lisa and Jim, who helped us put the plans together for our new home, and ending with Tim, who solved our air conditioning problem during the sixty-day checklist review period. What a wonderful group of warm, caring people that work for Phillippe Builders! Even though I have not personally talked with upper management, I’m sure it starts with hiring the right people and communicating how the customers are to be treated. Every time I asked a question of Lisa she got me to the right person, carpenter, plumber, or electrician—who again were so friendly and helpful.

In these times, it is overwhelming how much good-natured, cheerful help we received during what might have been very stressful times. I would like to mention each person that has been so helpful, but I am afraid I will miss someone, and each employee deserves praise.

Thank you for building a beautiful home for our family! All the interactions we have had with your company have been fantastic. Your staff has gone out of their way to make sure our home is exactly the way we want it!

The support started the first time we stepped into the showroom at Beecher where Cindy told us about the different models along with the company history. It continued from there throughout our selection process. Cindy was a tremendous help when we had questions about upgrades, selections, etc. Once the house started going up, Cindy would take us over for walkthroughs. While we were there the foreman would explain what would happen next in the building process. He also listened to any concerns that we had and they were always taken care of in a timely manner.

Again, we would like to say thank you to Phillippe Builders for an amazing home and an exceptional experience.
